The rule

Every figure on this site is either taken from a primary source that can be checked, or it is not published. This site does not operate a test lab, so it does not present ping measurements as independent benchmark results. Where GearUP makes a claim, it is attributed to GearUP rather than repeated as fact.

What is verified, and against what

Figure Source
8M+ monthly active players Stated on the GearUP home page
3,000+ supported games Stated on the GearUP home page
Trustpilot 4.8 / 5 Trustpilot's own rating data for gearupbooster.com
$6.99/mo annual, $9.99/mo monthly GearUP checkout page, read directly
3-day free trial, 7-day money-back GearUP checkout page, read directly

What is not verified

These are the limits of what this site can honestly claim:

  • No independent ping benchmarks. This site has not run controlled before/after latency tests across ISPs, regions and games, and does not publish any figure that would imply it has.
  • No verified percentage for ping reduction. GearUP itself does not publish one, so neither does this site. Improvement depends entirely on how bad your current route is — if your route is already direct, the gain can be nil.
  • Server node counts and network uptime figures are not published here, because there is no primary source to check them against.
  • User testimonials quoted on this site are reviews left by other people. They are individual experiences, not a representative sample, and they are labelled as such.

Corrections

Prices, trial terms and ratings change. If a figure here is out of date or wrong, email privacy@fixmyping.com and it will be corrected or removed. The "last verified" date at the top of this page is updated whenever the table above is re-checked.
